Chuck Pierce

Chuck Pierce was first licensed by the Department of Real Estate in 1979.  Chuck earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a minor in Managerial Economics from California State University in Hayward, California.  He joined the Contra Costa County Assessors Office as an Auditor/Appraiser and later joined a major accounting firm representing clients before Assessment Appeals Boards in the nine Bay Area counties.  Mr. Pierce represented numerous high profile corporations before Appeals Boards and testified as expert witness in personal property valuation issues.  Some of the concepts and depreciation tables developed by Mr. Pierce are in use to this day by the California State Board of Equalization.

For the last five years, Mr. Pierce has been active in representing lenders in disposing of their residential foreclosure properties.

Mr. Pierce is active in a number of professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Tehema Board of Realtors, the Tehema Multiple Listing Service, and the National REO Brokers Association.

Marian Pierce

Marian Pierce is a renowned expert in computer information technology as it relates to real estate practice.  She is recognized as an aggressive and effective researcher.  Each clients wants and needs are meticulously determined, and a match to the perfect property is located quickly. 

Marian’s twelve years of property management experience has provided a wealth of experience in real estate law and practice.  Marian has been licensed by the Department of Real Estate since 2001. 

Mrs. Pierce is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Shasta Association of Realtors and the Shasta Multiple Listings Service.
